We proudly ship to customers across Europe, including the following countries:

United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)
We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands.
2.Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
2.1 Europe (Including Northern Ireland) - Orders Under £100
- Post Delivery: 4-8 working days - £4.95
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days - £4.95
- Express Delivery: 2-3 working days - £15.95
2.2 United Kingdom (Excluding Northern Ireland) - Orders Under £100
- Post Delivery: 4-10 working days - £9.95
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days - £9.95
- Express Delivery: 2-5 working days - £24.95
Note: All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. While we aim to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or strikes.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of receipt
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day
Once processed, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

Additional Charges: In some cases, additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote or difficult-to-reach areas. You will be notified of any additional charges before your order is dispatched.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery. 6.1 European Union (EU) and Northern Ireland Customers:
Orders shipped to EU countries and Northern Ireland are generally not subject to additional customs duties or taxes. However, if any fees are imposed by your country’s customs authority, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6.2 United Kingdom (UK) Customers (Excluding Northern Ireland):
If you receive a notification of any customs duties, taxes, or related charges upon delivery, please do not pay the invoice yourself. Instead, contact us immediately at help@myelitewardrobe.com with the details, and we will handle the payment for you. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and cost-free shopping experience for our UK customers.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify the shipping address once the order has been processed.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay duties and taxes (except in the case of UK customers, as outlined above), we will notify you via email. You will have the option to request a reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or receive a refund for the order, excluding any shipping costs.
