3. Return Shipping Fees
Free Returns for Damaged Goods:
If the product you received is damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please notify us of the damage within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions.
All Other Returns:
For all other returns, a flat fee of £9.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost. This fee applies to returns where the product is not damaged or defective.
